Do all three full source charts use those six days?

Does any Metal or Water exclude this account?
The source cautions against damaging Metal/Water, but its own examples contain them, and the third has a Si–Hai clash. It cannot simply require total absence from exposed and hidden stems (the additional element symbols traditionally assigned inside each lower chart symbol). Explain their actual effects in context.
