What exactly do the two arrangements contain?

What can be said about Xin, Bing and Ji in both groups?
Relative to the opening Jia, Xin is Officer, Bing Eating God and Ji Direct Wealth. Both arrangements contain those stems, but the short passage does not explain their seasonal and whole-chart operation.
If the third pillar is assigned to the Day, the Day Master becomes Bing instead: Jia is Indirect Resource, Xin Direct Wealth and Ji Hurting Officer. Those references must not be mixed.
What happens if the listed order is assigned to Year/Month/Day/Hour?
