Fortune Markers Returning Support: How to Trace Reciprocal Relationships
Fortune gods here is an umbrella for favorable Lu, Horse, noble, Officer (the role family that controls the birth-day element, often interpreted through rules and demands)/Seal and related markers, not one fixed star. Returning support concerns relationships between positions rather than a count of favorable names. First identify each reference and destination, then check whether support is actually reciprocal.
Do the markers called fortune gods use the same lookup?
No. Appearing in one passage does not give these markers a common reference or lookup.

What illustrates support in both directions?
A synthetic chart is Jia-Chen, Ding-Mao, Jia-Zi, Yi-Chou, with compatible calendar pairs. Jia Day uses noble branches Chou/Wei, matching Chou Hour. In reverse, Yi Hour uses Zi/Shen, matching Zi Day. These two separately stated lookups establish the illustrated reciprocity.
This is a reciprocal-noble illustration, not a complete source example of the named formation. The chart still includes Zi/Mao punishment and other actual relationships.
How can one pillar have a supported stem but depleted Nayin?
For Geng-Shen, Shen is Geng’s Lu stage. The complete pillar, however, has Pomegranate Wood Nayin, and Wood is at Extinction in Shen. The stem stage and Nayin stage use different elements.
The passage weighs the principal stem and Nayin differently while also considering clash, break and Void. It neither rejects every occurrence of a depleted stage nor lets one Lu marker erase all contrary evidence.
How can you tell whether returning support has actually been explained?
Write each relationship as reference → destination, then check the reverse separately. A string of Lu, Horse and noble labels without positions or reverse references is a list, not an explanation of reciprocity.
This historical organizing method does not measure happiness, morality or wealth. The passage’s discussions of number and weight do not establish a universal scoring table.
