Where are the four components in the Ren-Day case?
The case is 戊申 己未 壬子 辛亥. For Ren, Ji is Direct Officer, Wu is Seven Killings, Xin is Direct Resource and Hai is Ren’s Lu. Day Branch Zi and Lu at Hai are different positions; Ren sitting on Zi is not Ren sitting on Lu.

Why must growth-state claims identify their reference?
In the common Lu table, Ji has Lu at Wu 午, Xin at You and Ren at Hai. The passage also uses compressed growth-state phrases, including Official at Shen. These cannot all be restated as each individual stem’s Lu without identifying the system. Shen contains Geng, Ren and Wu, not Xin.
The main table therefore separates directly verifiable roles and Ren–Hai Lu from the source’s broader growth-state assessment. Metal support at Shen is not silently converted into Xin having Lu at Shen.
Why can Officer and Killings coexist without coordination?
Ji and Wu both control Ren with different polarity (whether a symbol is classified as yin or yang). Xin Metal may receive Earth and generate Water, but effective redirection requires strength, placement and roots. Hai Lu supplies rootedness evidence without automatically resolving mixed authority.
The case is useful because four words can be unpacked into Earth–Metal–Water relations. Awarding a top grade merely for four labels skips the explanation that matters.
Does it establish management ability or a balanced life?
It cannot. Management depends on actual organization and communication, and life balance depends on resources, relationships and choices. The four classical components are not four modern abilities.
First verify the four locations, then look for an explanation of their interaction. This keeps the old Harmony alias from supplying a conclusion that the evidence does not contain.
