Nayin or Structure First? Declare the Framework Before Choosing Priority
There is no framework-free priority. Ordinary Zi Ping centers the Day Master, Month Command, roots, Ten Gods and direct stem–branch relations. Some historical Lu Ming and Nayin approaches foreground year-life or Nayin relations. A reproducible reading declares its framework and completes one coherent derivation.
How do two evidence orders differ?
Zi Ping calculates direct symbols and seasonal structure before adding Nayin. A Nayin or Lu Ming approach may begin with complete Jiazi, year-life and pair-level relations, then add layers specified by its source. They can be compared side by side, but rules should not switch mid-reading to reach a desired answer.

Why can 甲子 not be judged only as Gold in the Sea?
If 甲子 is the Day Pillar (the two-symbol column for the birth day), the Day Master is 甲 Wood, Day Branch (the lower symbol in the birth-day column) is 子 Water and Nayin is Gold in the Sea. Zi Ping strength asks which month Jia occupies, whether it has roots and what direct relations act on it. Gold in the Sea cannot turn the Day Master into Metal.
A named year-life Nayin method first requires 甲子 to be the Year Pillar (the two-symbol column for the birth year) and then compares the participants that source defines. It cannot silently turn Day 甲子 into a birth-year label.
How should conflicting results be reported?
Record what the Zi Ping layer says, what the Nayin layer says and the evidence for each. Do not average them or keep the more favorable sentence. Conflict often reveals different units and evidence order.
What order does Clarify use?
Clarify begins with reproducible Four Pillars (the chart’s four birth-time columns: year, month, day and hour), Month Command and direct structure, then labels Nayin as a historical supplementary layer. Other frameworks are sourced explicitly rather than presented as one score already combined by the product engine.
