Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and JEWELLAE LIMITED, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong under Company No. 76839734. By using Clarify, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Clarify creates a personalized identity portrait, Free Reading, and complete Life Book from the birth details you enter. You may read the first complete Life Book online without providing an email address or creating an account.

Providing an email address or signing in with Google is optional and lets you save a profile, recover it across devices, and receive requested report PDFs. Clarify also offers an optional paid Blueprint covering future 12-month timing, direction, and decision support.

You are responsible for providing an email address you can access and for keeping sign-in codes private. Saved and purchased access follows the verified email used for that profile or order.

If you delete a profile, its birth details, reports, and purchased access can no longer be opened. Profile deletion is irreversible and does not automatically request or issue a refund.

Blueprint is a one-time purchase of USD 24.00 at the price shown before checkout. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card statements show JEWELLAE LIMITED.

After successful payment and report generation, Blueprint is delivered to the verified account as an online Reader and downloadable PDF. If delivery is delayed or access does not unlock, contact support so we can restore delivery or provide the remedy available under the refund policy.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of a Blueprint purchase, with no reason required. Email refunds@clarifyhk.com from the address on the order or include enough purchase details for us to locate it.

We aim to reply within two business days. After approval, banks and card issuers commonly take 5–10 business days to display the refund. A full refund closes access to the refunded Blueprint.

Use Clarify only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; interfere with another person’s use; or resell or redistribute reports as a commercial product without written permission.

Clarify’s product, visual system, writing, and software belong to JEWELLAE LIMITED or its licensors. Your personal reports are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

You may save and share the public identity portrait or Pattern Card created by Clarify. Do not publish another person’s private birth details, Reading, Life Book, Blueprint, email, or account information without their permission.

Clarify provides self-knowledge and lifestyle content for personal reflection, planning, and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, mental-health, financial, or legal advice and does not replace a qualified professional.

Patterns, timing language, seasons, and decision windows are interpretive prompts—not factual determinations, predictions, or instructions.

We work to keep Clarify accurate and available, but the service may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or changed. It is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee a particular outcome from using the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JEWELLAE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of Clarify. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The revised effective date will appear at the top. Material changes will receive additional notice when required.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights where you live continue to apply.
